Travel beyond a one-hour, additional fees will apply. Consultation fees are adjusted for travel to accommodate increased time and travel expenses. Keep in mind Consultation are round trip.

Travel Consultation Fees
1-1/2 hour / round trip (3 hours total) $275 
2-hour / round trip (4 hours total) $425
3-hour / round trip (6 hours total) $795
4-hour / round trip (8 hours total) $1250 & Up


For travel time extending over 4 hours, additional hotel fees might be applicable depending on the

Outside the North Carolina  (We'd love to work with you)

We happily take on projects outside our home base. To make sure we're the right fit, out-of-town projects start with a virtual consultation. We'll see your space, walk you through our process, and talk about how pricing works. Out-of-town projects include a travel consultation fee, since travel adds time and cost. We'll go over everything on your call so there are no surprises.  Virtual Consultation 1-1/2 hr $300
